Makenzie Mae Howell, 20, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022, in Cedar Grove, Indiana.
She was born March 16, 2002, in Lawrenceburg, IN, daughter of Michael L. Jordan and Danielle Howell.
Makenzie was a survivor of a liver transplant. She was free spirited and would take random vacations and adventures on the spur of the moment. She enjoyed her Squish Mallow stuffed animals. Makenzie also enjoyed taking pictures and socializing with friends. She was a "Mini Mom" and loved nurturing her brothers and sisters. She was an animal lover, especially her dog "Maco". The most important thing to Makenzie was always her family.
Makenzie is survived by her loving parents Michael and Danielle; step-father Nathan Chipman; siblings, Amanda Rashell Bauer, Michael Jordan III, Dylan Howell, Bradyn Howell, Logan Howell, Zadyn Howell Jordan, Ostin Howell Jordan, Naleigha Chipman, Nashtin Chipman; paternal grandfather, Michael Jordan Sr. of FL; paternal grandmother, Janice Jordan of Richmond, IN; maternal grandfather, James (Paula) Howell of Lawrenceburg, IN; maternal grandmother, Rochella (Mike Cox) Mathews of Richmond, IN, Timmy and Pamela Chipman of Aurora, IN; great-grandparents, Frances Jordan of Cambridge City, IN, Shirley Mathews of California, & Ruth Chipman of Aurora; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her infant sister, Natallie Chipman; paternal great-grandparents, Wilma Scott, Doris Scott, and Briz Jordan; maternal great-grandparents, Gene and Betty Rose Harrison, Carolyn Phelps, and Sam Mathews.
Friends will be received Saturday April 9, 2022, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the Greendale First Baptist Church, 45 Tebbs Av, Greendale IN.
Services will be held at Greendale First Baptist Church on Saturday, at 4:00 pm, following visitation.
