Jemma L. Glenn, 83, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Thursday December 10, 2020 in her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born March 15, 1937 in Tell City, IN, daughter of the late Andrew Hermann and Theresa (Schneider) Hermann.
Jemma worked as a Bookkeeper for South Dearborn School Corporation, with over 26 years of service.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and a volunteer for over 2 decades at St. Vincent de Paul, where she held various positions.
Jemma was a master at sewing and cooking. She loved traveling with her husband and family. She had visited and stayed in all 50 states and over 20 countries. She loved being with her family, especially watching her grandchildren play sports and school activities.
Jemma is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Steve) Huffman of Aurora, IN, Cindy (Mike) Vogt of Lawrenceburg, IN; grandchildren, Lindsay Huffman, Katelyn Huffman, Sam Vogt, and Nick Vogt.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David E. Glenn, earlier this year; and several siblings.
Friends will be received Tuesday, December 15, 2020, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, 203 Fourth Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Mass will be held at 12:00 pm with Father Ben Syberg officiating.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
