Phillip B. Kozlowski Sr., 65,  of Aurora, IN, died Saturday, July 5, 2008 in Aurora, IN.

He was born Saturday, August 22, 1942 in Carlisle, PA, Son of the late Edmund Kozlowski and the late Charlotte Hollenger Kozlowski.

He served his Country as an Army Veteran.  He was a member of the Aurora Masonic Lodge, Indiana Shriner, Scottish Rite, St Mary's Catholic Church, a choir member at the church, Kentucky Colonel, Renfro Valley Square Dance Hall of Fame, and the International Square Dance Caller and teacher.

Surviving are Wife, Nancy Kozlowski of Aurora, IN;   Sons, Phillip (Terri) Kozlowski Jr. of Cumming, GA, Aaron (Dawn)  Kozlowski of Lawrenceburg, IN;   Brothers, Edmund Kozlowski of Pinellas, FL, Steve Kozlowski of Richmond, VA, Dave Kozlowski of Keller, TX, Peter Kozlowski of Cheyenne, WY; Grandchildren, Ashley Sanders, Phillip B. Kozlowski III, Josh Kasparek, Rebekah & Zachary Kozlowski and Great Grandson Ryan Sanders..
 

Services

Friends will be received 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at the Rullman Hunger Denney Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.

Services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Thursday, July10, 2008 at 11:00 am with Father Chris Craig officiating.

Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Aurora, IN.
