Charles M. Bowers, 83, of Milan, IN, died Tuesday, February 26, 2008 in Dillsboro, IN.

He was born Monday, February 2, 1925 in Milan, Indiana, Son of the late Millard A. Bowers and the late Bertie Smith Bowers.
 
He was a Lifelong Resident of Ripley County, and a member of  Moores Hill Masonic Lodge & Scottish Rite.  He attended Hope Baptist Church, Dillsboro, IN, was a former Milan School Bus Driver, Farm Bureau Insurance Agent and delivered flowers for Annabelles Treasures.  He was a Township Trustee for several years.

Surviving are  his Wife, Ann Bowers of Moores Hill, IN; Son, John E. Bowers of Boise, Idaho;   Daughters, Carol Ann Morton of Brookville, IN, Pamela Cook of Lexington, TN, Patricia Milburn of Greensburg, IN; 8 Grandchildren & 14 Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by Son:  Charles Andrew Bowers.
 

Services

Friends will be received for Memorial Visitation from 12:00-2:00 pm, Saturday March 15, 2008 at the Hope Baptist Church, Dillsboro, Indiana.

Memorial Services will be held at Hope Baptist Church, Dillsboro, IN, Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Tom Holt officiating.

Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Moores Hill, IN.
