Lucille M McKain, 87, of Dillsboro, IN,
formerly of Aurora, Indiana, died Sunday, August 31, 2008 in Lawrenceburg, IN.
The family would also like to honor the life of Lucille's husband, Harry N.
"Gabby" Mc Kain who was missing in action from WWII. He was 2nd Lt. in the
Army Air Corp. He was a co-pilot on a B-24 Liberator.
She was born Tuesday, June 21, 1921 in Aurora, Indiana, Daughter of the late
Earl Stierman and the late Irene Witte Stierman
She was a member of St Mary's Catholic Church, Gold Star Wives, VFW Auxiliary.
She was a graduate of Aurora High School, Class of 1939. She worked as a Legal
Secretery for Attourneys, L. Davies, Harvey Greene and Arnold McGill, retiring
after over 32 years of service .
Surviving are Daughter, Peggy (Charles) Lockwood of Aurora, IN; (Girls raised by
Lucille)Carolyn Tillman of Fairfax, VA and Patricia Kittle of Aurora, IN;
Grandchildren Steve Lockwood, Angie Konya and Stacie Stevenson; 3 Great Grand
Grandchildren & 1 Gr. Great Grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry N. "Gabby" McKain and Sister
Jeannie Kremer.

Services
Friends will be received 5:00 - 8:00 PM,
Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at the Rullman Hunger Denney Funeral Home, Aurora,
Indiana.
Services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Thursday, at 11:00 am with
Father Joseph Feltz officiating.
Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, . Color Guard Services will be
conducted by the Korean War Veterans and the American Veterans.
Contributions may be made to the Aurora Fire Department and theAmerican WWII
