Kenneth Russell "Mac" McIntyre, 88, of Aurora,
IN, died Saturday, May 16, 2009 in Milan, IN.
He was born Monday, June 21, 1920 in Du Quoin, Illinois, Son of the late
Lawrence McIntyre and the late Sophia Huth McIntyre.
He served his Country as a WWII Navy Veteran. Mr. McIntyre worked as a Pilot
for Armco Steel, retiring after over 29 years of service. He was a member of
the Quiet Birdman Organization(Flying Club) and the Rising Sun Yacht Club,
Aurora, IN.
Surviving is his loving Wife, Norma McIntyre of Aurora, IN; Sons, Stephen
McIntyre, Scott Mcintyre & Shawn McIntyre all of Middletown, OH; Cliff Grubbs
of Aurora, IN and Scott Grubbs of New Mexico; Daughter, Carrie Hollman of
Milan, IN; 9 Grandchildren and 3 Great grandchildren.
Services
Friends will be received 5:00 - 8:00 PM,
Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the Funeral Home, Thursday, at 11:00 am with Pastor
Charles Miller officiating.
Interment will follow in the Crown Hill Memorial Park, Cincinnati, OH.
