Kathryn M.  Hooper, 93,  of Clearwater , FL, formerly of Aurora, Indiana, died Tuesday, July 1, 2008 in Clearwater , FL.

She was born Saturday, December 5, 1914 in Aurora, Indiana, Daughter of the late Albert Knippenberg and the late Lois Erle Knippenberg.

She was a member of First Evangelical United Church of Christ, Aurora, IN.

She retired from J. Byron after 10 plus years and formerly worked for Goldsmith's Department Store in Aurora for 15 years.

Surviving are Sons, Larry Dale (Laura) Hooper of Lawrenceburg, IN, Danny Robert (Christina) Hooper of Clearwater, FL; Brother, Robert Clayton Knippenberg (Virginia) ,Grandchildren Sarah Kathryn Joyner, Debra Kay Taylor and Kimberly Sue Walters,  5 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Walter Dale Hooper.
 

Services

Friends will be received 12:00 - 2:00 PM, Monday, July 7, 2008 at the Rullman Hunger Denney Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.

Services will be held at the Funeral Home, Monday,  at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
