Joseph Allen Jupin, 69, of Florence, KY,
formerly of Indianapolis, died Saturday, February 21, 2009 in Edgewood, KY.
He was born Friday, September 15, 1939 in Indianapolis, Indiana, Son of the late
Joseph E. Jupin and the late Vivian Cox Jupin
He served his Country as an Army Veteran
He was a member of First Baptist Church, the National Rifle Assoc., Sigma Pi
Fraternity at Indiana University. He was the Associate Drum Major in the IU
Marching Band, directed several dance Bands, played numerous instruments and
also played in an orchestra in the East Coast. He worked as a Mortgage Broker
Instructor forThe Mortgage Institute.
Surviving are his Wife, Cynthia (Gullion) Jupin of Florence, KY; Daughter, Juli
Kai Jupin of Glenn Oaks, NY; Step-Daughters, Cassie Lane of Ft. Wright, Ky,
& Amanda Lane of Lawrenceburg, IN; Sisters, Judith A. (Joseph) Persinger of
Freetown, IN, Mary Lou (Barry) Curless of Carmel, IN; Gandson, Corbin Walston;
Mother-In-Law, Kathleen Gulllion; Sister & Brother-In-Laws, Gene & Nancy Henry
all of Florence, KY; Several Nieces & Nephews.
Services
Friends will be received 5:00 - 9:00 PM,
Thursday, February 26, 2009,at the First Baptist Church, 45 Tebbs Av.,
Greendale, Indiana.
Services will be held at First Baptist Church, Friday, February 27, 2009 at
11:00 am with Pastor Roger Mantel officiating.
Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Seymour, IN.
