Dorothy A. Rector, 94, of Aurora, IN, died Friday, March 6, 2009 in Aurora, IN.

She was born Friday, September 18, 1914 in Wrights Corner, Indiana, Daughter of the late Louis Kaiser and the late Mary Meyer Kaiser
 
She was a longtime member of the Ebenzer Baptist Church.  She helped her husband Harry with the farming and took care of her family.

Surviving are Son, James (Delores) Rector of Aurora, IN;  Daughters, Linda  (John) Reid of Aurora, IN, Nancy (Jim) Miller of Scipio, IN; 7 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren  & 1 Great Great Grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Rector.

Services

Friends will be received 5:00 - 7:00 PM (Fast Time), Sunday, March 8, 2009 at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.

Services will be held at the Funeral Home, Monday, at 11:00 am (Fast Time) with Pastor Rick Burcham officiating.

Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Aurora, IN.
