Doris M. Lyons Curlin, 76, of Aurora, IN,died
Tuesday, September 1, 2009 in Aurora, IN.
She was born Friday, November 11, 1932 in Aurora, Indiana, Daughter of the late
Stanley Ross and the late Edith Dorothy Hussung.
Mrs Curlin was a member of the Aurora VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She loved music and
was self -taught in playing the organ and a few other instuments. She loved to
sing, paint watercolors and sew.
Surviving are her Husband, Marvin Lee Curlin of Aurora, IN; Sons, Mark Lyons
of Lawrenceburg, IN, Jeff Lyons of Aurora, IN; Daughters, Susan Tarvin of
Aurora, IN, Cheryl Fussnecker of Osgood, IN, Sandra Wall of Versailles, IN;
Step-Son, James Curlin of Portland, IN; Step-Daughters, Verena Boswell of
Lawton, OK, Irene Curlin & Carol Corpuz of Colorado Springs, CO; Brother,
Wilfred Hussung & George Hussung of Aurora, IN; Sisters, Vicki Willman of
Aurora, IN, Rosalie Holt of Erlanger, KY, Connie Welsh of Indianapolis, IN; 7
Grandchildren & 9 Great Grandchildren.
Services
Friends will be received 10:00 - 12:00 PM,
Saturday, September 5, 2009 at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the Funeral Home, Saturday, at 12:00 Noon immediately
following visitation.
Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Aurora, IN.
