Carl Spencer Seaver, 71, of Aurora, IN, died
Wednesday, August 5, 2009 in Lawrenceburg, IN.
He was born Friday, October 22, 1937 in Dearborn County, IN, Son of the late
Spencer Ellsworth Seaver and the late Bertha Charlotte Hankins Seaver.
He worked for Security at Dearborn County Hospital for 35 years, Aurora City
Police for 12 years (Served as Chief of Police), Drove Aurora School Bus for 11
years, was a member of the Aurora Masonic Lodge #51 & Current Worshipful
Master. He enjoyed hunting & fishing, boating on the Ohio River and was a bee
keeper. He had many friends and will be missed by all.
Surviving are Wife, Ann Seaver of Aurora, IN; Son, Gregory E. Seaver of Milan,
IN; Daughter, Teresa A. Steuver of Dillsboro, IN; Brother, Harold Seaver of
Meridian, MS; Uncle, Carl Hankins; Grandchildren, Kristen Steuver of Grandforks,
ND; Kaitlyn & Kelsey Steuver of Dillsboro, IN, Austin & Tyler Seaver of Milan,
IN.
Services
Friends will be received 5:00 - 9:00 PM, Friday,
August 7, 2009 at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana. Masonic
services will be held Friday evening.
Services will be held at Ludlow Hill Baptist Church, Saturday, August 8, 2009 at
11:00 am with Pastor Murray Douglas officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Aurora, IN.
