He was born Friday, August 16, 1957 in Dearborn County, IN, Son of Willard Brooks and the late Charlotte Tice Brooks.

Surviving are Father, Willard Brooks of Moores Hill, IN; Wife, Connie Brooks of Cincinnati, OH; Son, Jared A. Brooks of Cincinnati, OH; Daughter, Karin R. Brooks of Cincinnati, OH; Brothers, Larry Brooks of Rising Sun, IN &  Randy Brooks of Moores Hill, IN; Sister, Michelle Rigsby of Ewing, KY.

He was preceded in death by his Mother: Charlotte Brooks, Brothers: Anthony Brooks & Jeff Brooks and Sister: Vickie Brooks.
